Sugarmans Estate Wedding | Benjamin + Christina

We met with Benjamin and Christina at the Fairmont KeaLani Resort to start off their pre wedding photos. We started in room with preparation shots of both the bride and groom to capture the pre wedding excitement. We then escorted them around to our favorite spots to shoot on property and let me tell ya the Kealani has quit a few of them. The 6th floor tower is one of them and can be seen in the image below.

After our fun shoot with them at the KeaLani we escorted them to the Makena Sugarmans Estate. This estate is amazing and is most popular for weddings. Generally Sugarmans holds some of the largest wedding parties on Maui but Benjamin and Christina reserved the entire estate for themselves. What a treat!!!

After the ceremony there was an intimate butterfly release for just the couple. Christina just loves butterflies. Her whole wedding sparkled with butterfly trinkets and detail. We then continued with their intimate photo shoot until their private catered dinner awaited them at sunset.

Mama's Fish House Wedding | Clayton + Daniella

Clayton and Daniella went to the North Shore of Maui for a midday wedding and Dinner reception.

The North Shore of Maui is a very active location and most folks think of surfing, kite boarding, wind surfing, Paia and dinner at Mama's Fish House!

Well Clayton and Daniella choose to have their wedding at the famous Mama's Fish House. This location is so fun! It offers a wide variety of photo opportunities from a white sand beach to palm trees to a beached canoe and awesome garden settings. There is no shortage of back drops to shoot.

The couple booked the location, dinner and a couple nights stay at the Mama's fish house Inn. The ceremony was performed by Pia, music by Josh, photo & video by us. They choose a 40 page wedding book that turned out awesome!

Wailea Marriott | Lorenzo + Brenda

Lorenzo and Brenda from Canada took it to the roof at the Wailea Marriott (literally)!

This couple had a lovely pre wedding traditional tea ceremony honoring their parents, grandparents and other family members. After tea Frederick did some in room shots of the boys and Jenn went with the girls to the Spa for some make-up and hair touch-ups.

The ceremony was preformed by Kimo at the Marriott lawn overlooking the ocean. The ceremony isle was facing nicely (not directly into the sun) so all the family and friends could see. After the ceremony Lorenzo and Brenda had dinner and pupu's scheduled on the roof top of the Marriott.

Kealani - Makena Cove | David + Teresa

This was another fun wedding with a couple from North Carolina! We meet with David and Teresa at the Kealani for some in room photo and video. David and Teresa selected the Published Wedding Book package so we knew we wanted to tell the whole story and that began in room.

After shooting in room pre shots they jumped into the limo for a short ride over to the ceremony site at Makena Cove were the two were married. Kimo was the officiant and as usual he was on time and ready with a smile.

After ceremony they were treated to an awesome sunset!

Maui Wedding Photography with Kim & Kurt

Kim and Kurt my wonderful couple from Canada. We had so much fun together on their wedding day. They came to Hawaii to get married and to escape the freezing cold back home. Their intimate wedding was held on the south shore of Maui's beautiful white sand beach, White Rock. They also brought along with them about ten friends and family to witness the occasion. Their wedding was complete with a flower circle, Ancient Kahiko Ceremony and a grand finale butterfly release. Kim and Kurt thanks for having us with you on your special day!

Maui Wedding Photographer at Makena Cove

Mike and Loree escaped the cold weather of Maryland and headed over to Maui for their destination wedding. Their vows were recited on the beautiful beach of Makena Cove. The day was sunny and warm with blue sky's and turquoise water. Such a great intimate wedding just the two of them, their love and the Hawaiian Islands surrounding them.
